An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Administrator/Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive People team.

Providing administrative support and acting as first point of contact to team members and visitors to our London Kitchen, Park Royal, ensuring they are directed in a professional manner and have a first class customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure timely reporting of daily and weekly people KPI’s  
  2. Support the recruitment and onboarding of team members 
  3. Prepare the data and inputs for the production team payroll  
  4. To effectively manage the day to day running of the Reception and office  
  5. Organise Bigham’s café briefing, parties and team celebrations  
  6. Be the first point of queries for the people team 
The Ideal Candidate

Key Skills and Experience

Experience of working in a busy environment, ideally but not exclusively, within HR or a reception based role that involves customer interaction  

Skills:

Competent user of MS Office at intermediate level, experience of using MS Teams  

Confident and effective communicator  

Experience of completing admin tasks accurately  

A great organiser  

Good telephone manner 

Supportive and able to demonstrate empathy 

Excellent customer relations & people skills 

Personal Attributes:

Values-led in approach: warm & enthusiastic 

Works well in a team as well as independently  

Positive approach with high energy levels
