Join our team as a Learning and Development Coordinator and be at the heart of our mission to empower our colleagues through education and skill enhancement.
The role
As a pivotal member of our Learning and Development department, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless preparation, delivery, and evaluation of training events. Your responsibilities will include liaising with line managers, external providers, and attendees to courses, while providing proactive support to our Head of Learning & Development.
With your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, you'll coordinate training events, manage travel arrangements, and maintain accurate training records. Your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial as you assist in projects and flexibly adapt to business changes and growth plans.
What we’re looking for:
A proven track record in administration and project support, ideally within a Learning and Development environment.
Experience of event coordination
Adept at working to measurable targets and deadlines,
Excellent communication skills to cater to diverse learning styles.
High levels of attention to detail
High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
