Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: HybridFull flexibly to travel across the Groups portfolio of practices throughout the UK. Meetings held 1-2 times per month in our Support Centre based in Northampton.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning and implementation of our digital marketing strategy across various channels. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the wider marketing team and other departments to create engaging content and campaigns, optimise our website for search engines, and analyse performance metrics to improve our online visibility and conversion rates.

The Role

  • Support with the development and implement of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and delivery of growth in private treatments
  • Create engaging content for our website, blog, and alongside the Social Media Coordinator, social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin).
  • Updating landing pages, news/blog posts, articles, images, videos and treatment specific webpages.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content that align with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Optimise website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and dentistry.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, and partners as needed to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Assist in the design and development of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and communications

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the dental industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email automation tools and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimise campaigns for better results.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is beneficial but not essential.
