Key accountabilities

Management and co-ordination of the compliant delivery of all PPM’s and WO related to the contracted output. This will include equipment and deep cleaning.

· Management of client relationships to ensure that ESS are the first-choice partner for the delivery of Soft Service services.

· Prepare, collate, and produce the monthly report for the contract services to agreed frequencies and timescales. Liaising with all key stakeholders to ensure the information is accurate.

· Proactively up-sell services to the client and maximise growth opportunities. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all products provided by ESS.

· Review and identify areas for continuous improvement and innovation, provide tangible actions plans and costed proposals to drive savings and growth in revenue and PBIT.

· Train, coach and develop the site and regional operations teams to build knowledge of equipment maintenance/management processes and procedures across the contract.

· Train, coach and develop the site and regional operations teams to build knowledge of ration account processes and procedures across the contract.

· Train, coach and develop the site and regional operations teams to build knowledge of deep clean processes and procedures across the contract.

· Train, coach and develop the site and regional operations teams to build knowledge of the audit and quality assurance processes and procedures across the contract.

· Project management of improvement and business development projects related to the delivery of soft services across the contract.

· Development of the business continuity across the contract to ensure that we have a robust and effective plan for each site to manage likely business continuity scenarios.

· Detail orientated and able to work with a high degree of accuracy.

· Experience with managing catering contracts and can evidence management to set procedures.

· Experience with managing assets and PPMs in line with contract requirements.

· Knowledge of the legal obligations that is relevant to infrastructure and equipment maintenance in a catering business.

· Able to negotiate and persuade senior clients and stakeholders.

· Logical and methodical you will be able to develop plans and create contingencies.

· Results-driven and action orientated you will be able to organise and lead people to achieve the desired outcomes.

· Able to gather, organise and interpret data and trends. Can use the data to create reports and actions and stories that are meaningful to drive continuous improvement.

· Inquisitive with excellent investigative and problem-solving skills. Can quickly get to the root cause and able to create action plans to resolve issues and maximise opportunities.

· IOSH Managing Safely

· Degree in relevant field

· Experience of managing catering contracts in the Defence Sector.

· Knowledge of the SFG20
