Evo Personnel acting as an Employment Agency are looking for a Production Supervisor for our client based in Burnley.

Work Hours:
Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm
Friday: 7am- 3:30pm

Pay rate: £14ph while training

Responsibilities:
Utilising Labour in an effective way to ensure performance.
Be the Production contact in Production Co-Ordinator absence.
Be the first point of call for Production information from the Line Operatives.
Ensure communication to Operators is effective and ensure feedback in return is understood.
Ensure all required start up checks are completed to the correct standard.
Ensure daily reports are completed to a high standard and sent to relevant people.
Flexibility to support within other Operational areas is also required.
In addition to these functions, Supervisors are required to carry out such other duties as may be reasonably required and that they are capable of.
Skills:
Good educational standard for English and Maths.
Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience of Leading a Team in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of manufacturing processes within a FMCG environment.
Computer literate.
