The Role

Job Title: Link Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, flexibility required

P3 are looking for an amazing individual to help us change lives for people living across Gloucestershire. We are recruiting for a Link Worker who will offer support to people with complex needs including homelessness, drug/alcohol misuse and mental health problems. You will work as part of a small team offering intensive support to ensure that people are able to access long term accommodation solutions.

The successful candidate will support people who can find it difficult to engage with services. You will be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team made up from a range of organisations who provide support to people we work alongside.

The role requires someone who is kind and empathetic, who can bring a practical approach in helping people sustain their tenancies and reach their full potential.
