Zeal Recruitment has been selected to help a well-established, national M&E company recruit for a Contract Supervisor on a permanent basis to join their team due to business growth. This role will be joining the existing management team of 2, working from their Birmingham office covering the Birmingham, Coventry and Milton Keynes areas on their residential maintenance contracts. NO SOCIAL HOUSING

Your duties as a Contract Supervisor will include:

• Management of the maintenance team which comprises of Electricians and Fabric, Air-conditioning and Mechanical Engineers
• Overall management of the compliance associated with the contract
• Overseeing time sheet submissions
• Working alongside the scheduling team overseeing operatives job allocations
• Quotations for planned and reactive works
• Sub-contractor sign offs
• Maintaining Health & Safety on sites

The Contract Supervisor will ideally have:

• Management experience overseeing a team of skilled operatives
• Experience within Commercial & residential settings
• Experience with reactive and planned repairs
• Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and spreadsheets
• Experience on the tools would be an advantage
• High standard of working
