Floor Supervisor
Location: West Sussex
Salary: Up to £32,000 & range of excellent employee benefits
Onsite – Monday-Friday – No weekends!
Sodexo has a great opportunity for a Floor Supervisor to join our established team working with our clients based in Burgess Hill.
Joining our team at their large site in West Sussex, you will ensure the smooth day to day operation of the restaurant and ensure delivery of our 5-star customer service at all times.
There is an app used within the restaurant, you will ensure the smooth running of the app, maintaining staff knowledge to support our diners in how to use the app. You will also ensure all menu, availability and allergen information is up to date on the app daily.
You will also complete rotas, place orders, arrange holiday leave and staff training as well as organise staff daily duties, with communication being key.
About You
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, especially in corporate catering, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
- Passionate about 5 -star customer service and the customer experience being one of excellence
- Comfortable conducting daily briefings and presentations
- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Champion of health & safety practices
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Please note: this role will eventually require the successful candidate to travel to our site in Brighton after the initial 6 months, so a wiliness to do this is a must.
