If you have answered yes, then Bromford is seeking passionate and driven individuals interested in becoming multi-skilled engineers. We are offering a 3-year apprenticeship programme for candidates from 16 years and upwards.

As our multi-skilled apprentice, you will develop the essential technical skills to become a fully trained multi-skilled engineer gaining expertise to carry out repairs and maintenance of our properties.

Over the course of this intensive programme, you will be paired with an experienced mentor and receive hands-on training to carry out carpentry, plumbing and plastering skills in residential and commercial settings. We provide blended on-site and college-based learning to complete a recognised trade qualification. There are no specific restrictions on prior qualifications, but multi-skilled apprentices must not have an NVQ Level 3 or higher qualification in the same subject.
