The vacancy is to cover maternity leave and would be great opportunity to extend and challenge your IT skills.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Provide system support to users of the National Client Caseload Information System and Community Learning databases.
  • Run, maintain and update reports used in both databases using appropriate software.
  • Use advanced IT application skills to assist in formatting of reports and presentations.
  • Analyse, collate, compare and process information and data
  • Assist in maintaining the Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Work across the team to provide accurate reporting
  • Follow written guidance to produce dashboards.
  • Upload data and respond to error reports
The Ideal Candidate

You'll:

  • Be confident in using Microsoft Office particular Microsoft Excel, as you will be using advanced formulas and functions
  • Have an eye for detail 
  • Be willing to work as part of a team
  • Have an ability to work within deadlines and be able to demonstrate good time management skills
