ArrowXL is now recruiting for a Stock Audit Clerk in Wigan, who will be responsible for various clerical activities within our warehouse as well as helping out on the warehouse floor.

Additional Information

  • Basic hourly rate of £11.44
  • 10% Shift Allowance
  • 40 hours per week
  • Working hours: 13:30 - 22:00

Main Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Process stock within the warehouse, working on spreadsheets and updating as necessary
  • Attending daily Network Teams calls to ensure no disruption to customers' orders
  • Control and allocate work within the warehouse
  • Resolve concerns that may occur day to day
  • Monitor progress, keeping line management informed of any operational issues
  • Input data onto various systems
  • Create booking references linking the inbound delivery to its booking slot
  • General office and warehouse administration duties
  • Pick customer orders from location
  • Load and unload vehicles
  • Take responsibility for your colleagues and your own Health and Safety
  • Physically moving stock to resolve any issues related to stock
The Ideal Candidate

With the amount of applications expected for this position, we will only be able to proceed forward with candidates who match our essential requirements stated below:

  • Experience of working within a warehouse environment – either as an operative or administrator
  • Ability to safely handle and move heavy items
  • Good working knowledge on Microsoft Systems as this role uses various Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Naturally organised and be able to influence and coordinate workloads and priorities
