Quality Assurance Manager - 3 months FTC 

Location: Woolwell, Plymouth

Main duties and responsibilities:

Management walk around

Dols applications/renewal and completing log

Incident/accident/near misses reviews - Monthly

Checking audits (H&S, Fire, Medication)

Ensuring Service Development Plan is up to date

Preparing information for monthly Governance meeting

Supporting with staff meetings & shift leader meetings

KPI submission/update

Fall monitor implementation

Implementation of C & R recommendation

Monitoring staff re: training/compliance

Main purpose of the post:

The post holder will be responsible to the Home Manager for undertaking delegated work to ensure that the service needs are met.  These responsibilities will include: -

Delivery of a quality service designed to meet the individual needs of all service users.

Ensuring that staff are equipped with the necessary skills, through training, observation and supervision.

Participating in the delivery of the service which takes into all of the day to day operational requirements, and also quality measurements and monitoring.

Deputising for the manager, and be the responsible manager in their absence carrying out all the duties that this position entails.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities. The post holder may be required to undertake other duties following appropriate discussion with their line manager.
