The Position  

The Best Connection is seeking to appoint a Training and Apprenticeship Consultant. We are passionate about developing the best people and have a well-established team who deliver a variety of training including our in-house apprenticeship programmes in Recruitment Consultancy and Customer Service, which was recently graded outstanding by OFSTED.  

In this hybrid role, you will deliver our high-quality training curriculum's, including facilitating classroom events and using your proven coaching skills and experience to further develop skills, knowledge and behaviours.   

Key tasks and responsibilities include: 

• Deliver a high-standard and professional learning experience every time 
• Deliver an agreed number of training days per month 
• Coach and mentor a caseload of apprentices in achieving their apprenticeship qualification  
• Assess employee’s competency against a standard and provide developmental feedback  
• Support assigned learners to ensure they are prepared to complete all relevant training courses and pass apprenticeship qualifications to a high standard  
• Engage and work with managers across the business to ensure that knowledge, skills and behaviours are embedded following all learning interventions  
• Assist with the design, development, review, and continuous improvement of bespoke training materials in line with changes in process or policy 

Key Attributes  

You will be able to prove/ demonstrate:  

Relevant industry qualification at level 3 or above or proven experience within a training and development or apprenticeship delivery role.  

Package  

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. 

Company car/car allowance will be available upon successful probation.

General information 

Hours: 40 hours per week between hours of 08.00 – 17.00 with 1 hour for lunch.   

A DBS check and reference are required for this position.
