Hospitality Head Chef
Blackfriars/ The City of London
£40,000 - £43,000 plus paid overtime
Monday – Friday – offering excellent work/life balance
Sodexo have a great opportunity for a talented, ambitious Head Chef to join our outstanding Contract Caterer based at one of our most prestigious clients site in central London.
As the Head Chef you will be supporting the onsite Executive Chef with the day to day running of the hospitality and will also be the lead in the kitchen. The contract is a high-end, blue-chip site that prides the offering on being fresh, creative & engaging.
You will preferably have experience within fine dining of Michelin Star, 2AA rosette or similar level kitchens or similar blue chip corporate sites. Drawing on your experience you will produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients to hand.

About You
- Excellent and Innovative culinary and presentation skills
- 3AA Rosette or Michelin exp
- Progressive background in fine dining
- Up to date with modern food trends and techniques
- Energetic with a passion to do a great job
- A forward-thinker who can prevent wastage
- Demonstrates a passion for food
- Team Player
- Experience of developing an innovative food offer to meet client and customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and staff at all levels
