Salary - £50,000 + £5000 OTE Bonus

The home can accommodate up to 5 Young people, all the Children & Young People we support have a learning disability, Autism, epilepsy and can display some associated behaviours. Many of our children (not all) are non-verbal or have limited communication and will communicate with us through different methods such as picture boards, Smartbox devices and Makaton.

• We ask in return is that the applicants come with 3 + years’ experience in Children’s Care and hold NVQ/QCFL5 or equivalent or be willing to work towards a relevant management qualification alongside an attitude of inspiration, motivation, dedication and the ability to celebrate achievement for all our children and staff colleagues.
