Operations Assessor (6 month temporary role)


37.5 per week available
£40,000 per annum

We are looking for a temporary Operations assessor to join our expanding team at National Care Group.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support current management in quality delivery, assessing and reporting on system usage, data and quality measures to ensure full compliance.
  • Responsible for assessing care services and care records  and working with managers to highlight improvements required to provide outstanding service delivery.
  • Maintain skills and knowledge regarding regulatory compliance in order to assess services against regulatory requirements.
  • Assess and monitor the completion of audits on behalf of the Operations team and ensure audit results are triangulated and acted upon.
  • Assist Regional Managers in all aspects of quality and business improvements through action planning and working closely with Quality Assessors.
  • Develop positive working environments and professional mechanisms to provide feedback.
  • Ensure a culture of continuous improvement is embedded across services
  • Support with day to day governance
  • Ensure National Care Group’s vision and values are always adhered to.

  • Proactive and professional and able to deal with people at all levels
  • Flexible in relation to work location
  • Have strong and proactive people management skills
  • Experience of auditing and assessing operational care delivery
  • Exceptional communications skills.
  • Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities, neurological conditions, mental health
  • Able to work as part of a wider team

Essential Requirements

 

  • Experience of working within Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Two years' experience working as a Registered Manager
  • Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 qualified
