An opportunity has arisen for a Site Operative to join the Landmarc team at Beckingham, Lincolnshire. (LN5 0RL)

As the Site Operative you will be responsible for looking after the buildings on the camp by carrying out housekeeping and maintenance duties. You will be part of a small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do.

This position is based on a 12 month Fixed Term contract, working 37 hours per week from Monday – Friday.

Main Responsibilities

Ensuring Offices, Accommodation blocks and Classrooms are kept clean to a high standard

Cleaning of ablutions, showers blocks etc.

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

Stock management

Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems

Carry out any other additional requirements as needed

The Ideal Candidate

Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work

Excellent communicator with people on all levels

Basic labouring skills

Basic IT skills

Willingness to undertake further training

Must hold a valid UK driving licence (essential)
