College Services Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Newcastle Sixth Form College, College Services Team as an Administrator working as part of our main administrative support and exams management team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Manage the daily administrative systems and all recording and reporting of data related to the Sixth Form College activity


Maintain our college recording systems for student IDs and temporary ID’s using the appropriate systems and software


Deliver our annual mock exam and full exam programme for students attending the sixth form.
Work alongside the the other members of the college services team to record and maintain an accurate system of audits against our student record system.


This is a permanent role, starting on 13th May 2024.

Newcastle Sixth Form College is the largest Sixth Form College in the region, with over 1,300 students and around 100 dedicated staff, providing a wide range of A Levels. The College opened in 2013 and offers a dedicated A-Level campus in the heart of Newcastle’s city centre.
