This is a great opportunity to join our established company as a Business Administrator in Morley.
Key Responsibilities
- Making Travel arrangements (UK and abroad)
- Arranging Hotel bookings – accommodation and meetings (UK and abroad)
- Where required arranging Vehicle Hire Bookings
- Planning and managing Groundforce corporate events, meetings and corporate event memberships
- Managing standard Schedules of Hire Rates
- Ownership and management of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, supplier forms and update customer portals to include completing these in a timely manner
- Managing our renewals and maintaining our various company memberships (RISQS, Achilles, Constructionline)
- General administration duties such as purchase orders, payment of invoices, ordering of business cards, issuing business announcements, managing credit card expenditure and expense returns
What We’re Looking For
- You will have a very professional approach and you will need to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
- Ability to use initiative and work well without supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of English grammar and spelling
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet
