The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday to Friday 15:00-23:00

Main Responsibilities

As Despatch Administrator you will report to the Despatch FLM and be responsible for supporting the despatch team. These will include:

  • Helping to support the shift team members to ensure a smooth running of despatch
  • Producing daily reports and delivery notes
  • General office administration including letter/report writing, photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Providing traceability details when required
  • Using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Using Hellenic scanning systems and FOPS 8 (Training will be given)
  • End-of-shift stock reconciliation or supporting the count
  • Working with the transport team to ensure that the vehicle or equipment plans are on track
  • Setting up and managing the SKU’s and orders on Hellenic / Navision.

  • Good Standard of written and Verbal communication is required
  • Have good computer skills with knowledge of Excel
  • Have excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively with peers and customers at all levels, via telephone, e-mail and in person, and will be computer literate.
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure is a must.
