What is the job role?

The successful candidate will:-

  • Be a member of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Be responsible for the organisation and leadership within Year 1 an Year 2
  • Be responsible for additional areas of responsibility such as subject leadership

The successful candidate will be:-

  • Be passionate about learning and be able to demonstrate outstanding teaching leadership.
  • Be an outstanding classroom practitioner and have a clear vision for further development of the curriculum.
  • Have a deep understanding of the needs of different children and be passionate about providing the very best for all children in our school.
  • Have a clear understanding of Safeguarding and the role of a leader in this process.
  • Play a role in organisation and school policy development. • Have the personality, drive and energy to motivate and support everyone within our learning community
