A secondment opportunity is available for an IIS (Incident Incentive Scheme) Dispatcher, based at Castle Donington for up to a period of 12 months (subject to review). This is a shift role which includes a combination of days, evenings and bank holidays
The successful candidate will be accountable to the Dispatch Team Leaders and Team Manager, for auditing incidents, ensuring accurate reporting of CML (Customer Minutes Lost) & CI (Customer Interruptions) and compliance with the ED2 Regulatory Instructions & Guidance for Interruptions. Providing support and guidance to colleagues in Dispatch & Control Centre and undertaking activities to support the Management Information Team as part of regulatory submissions.
If you are offered a position, you will be required to successfully complete a basic DBS check that shows any unspent convictions or conditional cautions.
*Please note the successful candidate may initially be appointed at a lower salary until all relevant courses and training are complete.
