Pure Cremation Ltd is a specialist company providing Direct Cremation funeral plans and services. We have grown rapidly since 2015 and we are now looking to recruit new members of staff to our Outbound Sales team to support future growth.

Salary: Basic Salary of £ 27976.05 with OTE of £33,000 via our uncapped commission scheme.

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Mon – Fri including one late (18:00) finish a week with a 16:00 finish on Friday. You will also participate on the pre-need weekend Rota, which will include occasional Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00 in return for a day of in-lieu, during the week. Flexibility will be required to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Summary Duties and Responsibilities of Role:

  • To make outbound calls to prospective customers who have enquired through various marketing channels about our direct cremation plans, with the objective of answering any queries regarding our plans and optimising sales conversion rates.
  • Calls to be made in line with the Company’s process and FCA regulations.
  • To act as a Brand Ambassador for the Company, ensuring that all activity undertaken presents the company in a positive way and delivers an exemplary level of customer service.

Key Skills Required:

  • Communication – Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience of dealing with older customers. Have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, deliver outstanding Customer care; being especially aware that some customers may be vulnerable.
  • Productivity - Be results driven with ability to achieve work towards KPI’s set on production, quality, and customer service skills.
  • Accuracy – Must have the ability to record information in an accurate way and ensure that all process and procedures are adhered with in a methodical and compliant way.
  • IT Skills – computer literacy and good working knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Customer Champion – Act in a manner that ensures the Customer receives a positive experience of the Company.

Proven Track record of:

  • Outbound telephone sales experience (preferred minimum of 1 year).
  • Success within a target driven environment.
  • Speaking with potentially vulnerable customers
  • Delivering excellent Customer Service.
  • Working in accordance with detailed procedures.
  • Ability to solve problems and identify process improvements.
  • Flexible approach and an ability to adapt quickly to meet business needs.
  • Strong individual work ethic whilst enjoying being part of a larger team.
