Reporting into the Regional Operations Manager the role of the Regional Customer Relations Co-Ordinator is to ensure service excellence by managing the customer experience across the region for a select number of Key, Major and National accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for our largest customers ensuring operational excellence
- Respond to and seek resolutions to customer enquiries in an effective, professional and timely manner
- Liaise effectively with the Branch network in order to provide a seamless service to the customer ensuring successfully fulfilling all orders
- Secure internal hire, sales and service
- Managing day to day expectations of customer accounts
- Understanding the customer and their markets to offer the best solution to their needs
- Management of complex and at risk orders through to completion
- Ensure available revenue is maximised whilst achieving acceptable hire rates through pro-active and reactive selling
- Accurate use of all systems, promoting data driven analysis
What We’re Looking For
- Good working knowledge of London area
- Proven experience of providing first class customer service over the telephone, via email or webchat
- Knowledge of tool hire and rental equipment - Desirable
- Previous experience in working in the Hire Industry – Desirable
- Capability for developing strong customer relationships
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word Excel, PP)
- Self-motivated and Conscientious
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and driven behaviour
- Ability to prioritise workloads, work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to change in a positive manner
