What’s the role?

Food Health and Safety Manager


What will you be doing?

  • To oversee all Food & Beverage Safety operations in line with defined company standards
  • To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety
  • Act as main point of contact for any guest, member, or customer regarding food safety, pests, or accident complaint
  • Ensure that food and safety regulations are adhered to and kept to 5 star rating standards
  • Manage our Food Safety and HACCP system, ensuring that the Food Safety standards are adhered to.
  • To ensure that full compliance is maintained in all aspects of Health and Safety within the departments and where any identified shortfalls are addressed with due priority
  • Supporting on the development and maintenance of health, safety and food safety strategy, policies, and procedures
  • Providing on-site health, safety and food safety support and advice at The Ned, including any offsite events, and carry out audits and inspections
  • Co-ordinate and communicate health, safety and food safety activities and training across the business for colleagues at all levels
