Lead Host

Part of the MJMK group, Lisboeta, literally meaning ‘a person from Lisbon’, celebrates the lifestyle, tradition, and emotion of belonging. The restaurant is Chef Patron Nuno Mendes’ love letter to Lisbon, the city he grew up in and the place he calls home. We opened Lisboeta in the Spring of 2022 to critical acclaim and as the restaurant continues its success, we’re looking for a Lead Host to join the team, who will supporting the day-to-day running of the reception desk and reservations, be the first point of contact to our guest and set the tone for a great experience.

As a Lead Host at Lisboeta, we can offer you:

· Up to £15 per hour, dependent on your experience, inclusive of service charge.

· 25% discount across all MJMK sites.

A Lisboeta Lead Host is:

· A team-player. We believe that our people are stronger together and support each other, no matter what department they work in.

· Able to work the book during service to maximise covers and generate walk-in trade.

· Assisting the Guest Relations Manager running the book during service, both in the main dining room and the Adega, our private dining room.

· Taking the lead in the Guest Relations Manager's absence

· Having your dedication to the guest experience bring a smile and make a meaningful impact on others

· Able to build and nurture relationships through local business engagement.

· Embodies hospitality, is passionate and knowledgeable about food and wine, and keen to learn and develop further.

· Able to work with integrity, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
