• The rate of pay is £13.20 per hour

As an Intake Operative with 2 Sisters, you will undertake hang-on operations. You will:

• Follow safe working practices
• Wear protective equipment at all times
• Report issues directly to the AWO or management
• Monitor vital signs and be able to follow emergency protocols in case of Animal Welfare related incidents
• Ensure the kill lines are full at all times
• Monitor and maintain minimal product and material wastage
• Maintain good time keeping and attendance

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

You will be required to handle slaughtered birds.

Our ideal Intake Operative will have passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met.

You will be comfortable working in a warm and cold environment.

Previous experience working in other poultry slaughterhouses/other abattoir environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
