Our client require 3 X WFH Housing Options Advisors and 3 X Hybrid Housing Options Advisors.

3 X Housing Options Advisors - Working on new cases in approach to triage them and complete relevant homelessness enquires to determine if a duty is owed. This involves gathering information and interviewing homeless approaches

3 X Housing Options Advisors - Making decisions in line with Part VII of the Housing Act following the end of the Relief period. They will make main duty decisions under s193 or intentionally homeless decisions. This may involved face to face interviews. Location wise will be WFH with occasional need to visit office for interviews
