We have an exciting opportunity where you could be a part of our incredible team.

In this role you will be managing the up-stream internal set-up process for displays in the Lindt UK & ROI business. This will be achieved by highly effective display design to deliver outstanding visibility, simultaneously with cost efficiency to deliver NTS & GP% in line with company targets.  

In this role, you will be working collaboratively with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance. Lead relationship with suppliers, with support from Procurement.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

Manage the go to market process and end-to-end delivery of displays.

  • Develop and maintain process, ensure appropriate training in place and ensure compliance throughout the business.
  • Regular interaction with GP Tools (P&Ls) to support set-up.
  • Product set-up:  Responsible for initial product & component code loading, ensures all base data is accurate, requests and monitors master data set up from initial request to completion of sku set up within the Winshuttle system.
  • Ensure projects run to time according to the GTM Display Process from concept, artwork and origination to support handover to Supply Chain for execution
  • Covering all temporary displays, including pre-filled and flat-pack.
  • Lead Reporting Tools, with Finance, for use in cross-functional meetings to ensure projects are on track – Define action plans with stakeholders to manage outcomes
  • Develop & optimise continuous improvement methodologies to ensure progress on unit enhancement and cost efficiency
  • Understand, maintain and document retailer guidelines and specifications.  Ensure displays are compliant with Lindt and retailer requirements
  • Highlight and learn from best in class displays and display processes from other Lindt markets worldwide
  • Maintain close relationship with Supply Display Planner during supply chain construction and dispatch phases
  • Actively participate in relevant monthly IBP meetings, cross-functional work-groups and team meetings
  • Run fortnightly internal display meetings and post-season wash-up meetings with suppliers and co-packs (DHL).

 

What experience you’ll bring

  • Experience within an FMCG food company required (Preference top four grocers)
  • Experience of Go to Market and supplier/procurement management
  • Excellent project management skills with extensive experience, of managing multiple simultaneous projects, each at different stages of set-up
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to develop productive business relationships cross functionally (Experience in Supply Chain or Sales beneficial)
  • High numerical and analytical skills, including advanced Excel experience
  • Experience with P&L responsibility, budget planning and management
  • Proactive approach with a problem-solving attitude

This role is based in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%)
