Our Busy Bees Wirral Irby Nursery is looking to bring on board a Nursery Manager! This position is working full time, 40hrs per week with a salary starting from £32,000 per annum!

Qualifications and Experience

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.

• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children.
