We are looking for a Mechanical Fitter on a Temporary to Permanent basis. The role is carrying out Mechanical & Electrical overhaul including stripping and refitting. You will be specifically focused on modifications, interior strip and replacements within a heavy engineering environment.

• Work from written instruction (VMI)
• Work from Engineering drawings, working to specific measurements
• Removal of interiors and body sides
• Refitting parts
• Remove large components
• Replacing mechanical components to correspond to engineering drawings

Candidate profile

You will be a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter preferably with experience within the heavy engineering sector. This role is flexible for the right person; and can be carried out on either a full time or part time basis; hours to suit. There are no nights or weekends with this role.
