Location: Remote - Field Based (North East)The Contract Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that PeoplePlus is working within the Compliance Framework of our funding bodies and undertake regular Compliance Support Visits across all of our delivery locations in the North East. The role will provide operations with up-to-date paperwork and guidance to enable PeoplePlus, and you will be the primary person to contact regarding compliance queries.Additionally, you will provide advice and support on the internal development of compliance assurance systems and the application of appropriate industry standards to ensure best practice and contract compliance and liaise with internal and external key stakeholders, to build and promote the reputation of PeoplePlus and to adopt best practice.What we are looking forWe are looking for someone with previous experience in supporting the Contract Assurance Manager with external audits. This role will see you lead the internal compliance visits/audits with operational teams and the supply chain in line with agreed compliance framework. You will be a key point of contact for PeoplePlus Operations in the North East regarding compliance queries.
