Working within Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Services offers a unique environment, with clear visibility of senior management who are easily approachable due to their hands-on approach, which includes our Managing Director.

We do have a flexible approach to the hours for this role. It is Term Time only for 30 hours per week, but we can consider these hours to be worked over 4 days per week.
