We're seeking a Lead Reliability Engineer to spearhead the enhancement of reliability and testing capabilities within an EV Charging OEM Specialist. where you will collaborate closely with the other heads of departments, and other key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive strategy for ensuring the reliability of our products.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, although there will be requirements to travel to our offices and assembly hub.

Your responsibilities will include:
Third-party testing and product certification
Analysing, and presenting ongoing reliability and performance data.
RAM studies using advanced reliability techniques and modelling tools for intricate systems.
Across functions to identify, plan, and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
