Job Summary: As a European Administrator at Uniserve, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the UniEurope department. Your primary responsibility will be to handle and complete various administration tasks efficiently. This includes updating Uniserve systems, monitoring and reviewing system and process compliance, and providing essential service analysis reports to Management.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and compliant updates to Uniserve systems, including One World and Multifreight, in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Monitor and review system and process compliance to maintain high operational standards.
  • Generate and present service analysis reports for Management.
  • Administer costs and sales in alignment with organisational policies and procedures.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for customers, acknowledging all new customer bookings promptly.
  • Review and verify all documentation associated with bookings.
  • Enter new bookings and related documents into the operational platform, One World.
  • Facilitate the handover of bookings to the operations team for execution.
  • Ensure the completion of the departure and arrival processes in the One World system.
  • Perform costing and billing activities using the finance system, Multifreight.
  • Run compliance reports for Management and document daily compliance statistics.
