The hours of work and shift patterns are:

Monday till Friday 10pm -6am 

The rates of pay are: £14.05

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for stock checks, generating shift yield sheet, stock re-check if any discrepancies.
  • Allocate and manage staff according to changing needs.
  • Improve and develop department performances.
  • Manage staff, coach, train, performance reviews.
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Work with Despatch and Production teams to resolve potential issues and non-conformances.
  • Computer literate and good knowledge of Excel
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional approach to the job at hand.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Accustomed to working under tight deadlines.
  • Loading vehicles if applicable.
  • Managing safety, performance, and development of employees on shift.
  • Being able to undertake physical tasks.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous leadership experience in a Supervisory or Team leader role
  • Good standard of spoken & written English which will allow written instructions to be read & effectively communicated
  • Good knowledge of outlook and Excel applications
  • Solid level of numeracy – able to calculate & report on performance
  • Excellent track record of managing teams; building capability,addressing any issues effectively and in compliance with legislative and company policies & procedures
  • Ability to clearly communicate & build a strong & effective team
  • Ideally experience of working with demanding retail or similar customer base
  • A high level of flexibility is required and the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment with sometimes conflicting needs & wants
