We are currently looking to recruit a Building Surveyor to join the team at Rosyth.
Landmarc are a government contractor, which look after the total FM on the Defence Training Estate across the UK, collectively we look after 1% of the UK land mass, this consists of 120 sites.
This exciting new role will be responsible for scheduling and delivery of the Facility Condition Management (FCM) survey Programme across the North region. To conduct surveys on the built, rural and infrastructure assets using an App based reporting tool. To manage survey action arising from surveys including those undertaken by others, ensure appropriate remedial action is conducted and the CAFM (Maximo) system is updated. Produce reports as necessary to assist with Programme and project works.
The post will be based at Rosyth and regular travel will be required across the region Scotland and Northern Ireland, to include sites in Garelochhead, Kirkcudbright, Tain, Cape Wrath and Ballykinler.
There is a degree of flexibility in the role, and hybrid working options are available.
