Do you have administration experience and are looking for a rewarding role within a friendly supportive team?

If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you to join our Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) team. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide administration support across Platform Housing Group, ensuring the highest standards of employee Health & Safety.

As a vital member of the team, you will enjoy a varied role encompassing an array of administrative tasks whilst liaising with different departments across the business.

Some of your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing our central H&S Mailbox, providing prompt responses to inquiries, and directing requests for specialist advice as needed.
Maintaining accurate records of Health & Safety data and information in our systems and on the Company Intranet, including incident/accident records.
Collaborating with various areas of the business to support Health & Safety initiatives.
Finding ways to improve and add value by suggesting efficiency, risk reduction, and training enhancements.
Some of the things we are looking for:

A good general education to GCSE level in Maths, English, and ICT.
Intermediate Knowledge of MS Office suite and experience of Sharepoint and Teams.
Proven communication skills with experience of working within an administration role in a busy changing environment.
Experience of maintaining accurate records, audit trails and data bases and experience of collation of data for corporate reports.
Ability to identify and implement corporate improvement.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise workload.
