At Diaverum, we're excited to offer an incredible opportunity for nurses (whether you're experienced or in training) to join our newly acquired clinic in the heart of Gloucester. As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.

Patient-Centred Care

Our exceptional nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 ensures you have ample time to provide holistic care to your patients. Our Forest of Dean clinic in Cinderford is open from Monday to Saturday, with shifts running from 07:00 am to 19:00pm, offering you the flexibility and work-life balance you've been searching for. Plus, we value your downtime – our clinic does not operate on Sundays.


Your Responsibilities:

Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.

Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.

Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.

Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.

Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.


Requirements:

NMC Registered General Nurse.

Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.

Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.

Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.

Excellent English communication skills.


What We Offer:

Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).

Monday to Saturday shifts (7am - 7pm), with no night or Sunday work.

Starting Salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience.

Sign on bonus of up to £3,000

Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.
