We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Trainers to deliver Peer Mentoring Learning Programmes to prisoners across the North-East Prison Group, comprising of HMP/YOI Deerbolt, HMP Durham, HMP Holme House & HMP Kirklevington Grange. As a Trainer for Peer Mentors you can really make a difference to improve people’s lives. Challenging, yet extremely rewarding, this role plays a significant part in helping to reduce re-offending. Our Tutors play an integral part in identifying the training requirements of our learners, building them a training plan and helping them to overcome any barriers to employment.
