We are currently looking for an experienced Process Coordinator to join our friendly Readymix team based at Tarmac ‘The Hub’ in Mountsorrel, Quorn, near to Loughborough in Leicestershire. 

The role is easily commutable from such locations as Loughborough, Leicester, Melton Mowbray, Barrow upon Soar, Syston, Shepshed, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Ibstock, Swadlincote, Measham, Tamworth, Atherstone, Hinkley, Nottingham, Derby, Long Eaton, Kegworth, Burton upon Trent and the surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities

You as a Process Coordinator will work cross-functionally within our Readymix Customer Service Team providing the administration aspect for the team and our customers alike. The role will involve both written and oral communication, word processing and typing, and requires relevant skills such as IT, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Your role will include (not exhaustive):

  • Manage and ensure compliance of customer complaints and compliments 
  • Code customer cancellations and report on trends and action required 
  • Champion delivery tickets blocked for invoicing 
  • Report and challenge non compliance of delivery tickets processed incorrectly by hauliers
  • Manage and report, additional ticket payments processed to hauliers
  • Action and report any haulier guaranteed payments agreements
  • Process out of hours deliveries charges to customers
  • Minimix customer services cover during annual leave/sickness periods 
  • Completion of administration tasks within a reasonable timeframe, taking into consideration and implementing service level agreements where necessary
  • Processing area transactional data accurately and in line with requirements
  • Provide assistance with production of presentations, documents, reports and general correspondence where required

To succeed in the role of a Process Coordinator the following is what we are looking for in a future colleague:

  • Confident in the use of IT systems
  • Positive and approachable in your manner
  • Able to pick up new systems quickly, with full training provided
  • Experience with SAP is desirable
  • A high attention to detail with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Great communication skills with the ability to demonstrate tenacity and resilience when working under pressure
  • Enjoy an extremely fast paced; team-based environment
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
