In your role as Chef Manager at Sodexo in {insert location}, you will supervise the hospitality team at our esteemed school, making sure that our vibrant meals are served with a smile and that the kitchen and restaurant are operating efficiently. What you do:

• Supervising the arrangement and provision of hot and/or cold food from counters and steam tables
• Ensure that workstations and equipment are sanitised
• Supervise the restocking of food from counters and steam tables, as well as the breakdown of stations at the conclusion of service

What you bring:

• Capability to work for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours) in a standing position
• Professionalism, respect for others, and a positive attitude
• Fundamental food handling abilities
• Possess prior experience supervising staff.

**Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks. This means that you get paid equal amounts of pay every month. Further information will be supplied at interview stage. **
