We have an exciting opportunity where you could be a part of our incredible team.

In this role you will support RGM team in driving and embedding RGM capability within the organisation.

Revenue growth management (RGM) is key to our delivery of sustainable profitable growth and creating a ‘win win win’ for Lindt, our retailers, and our shoppers.  We are in an exciting period where we are expanding our RGM team to implement our RGM Strategy and Activation Plans.  Hence, we are now looking for an RGM Manager to support the RGM team in embedding RGM at Lindt through driving improved processes, developing tools and insights to enable value creation across the RGM levers (Price, Promo, Mix and Trade Terms).

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support RGM team in driving and embedding RGM capability within the organisation
    • Drive & Optimise RGM levers within Lindt UK, initially focusing on the following 3 levers:
  • Pricing
    • Support the RGM team in defining consumer pricing strategies and guidelines, by channel and customer, ensuring they are aligned to both internal and external business objectives
    • Track, review and share in market pricing position & trends to identify opportunities & risks to our defined pricing strategies
    • Help define RRP’s and promotional pricing for new product development through data analysis
    • Support in sharing and distributing communciations cross functionally around price and promotional plans
  • Promotions
    • Support the development of promotional strategies and guidelines, by channel and customer, ensuring they are aligned to our brand & product objectives
    • Collaborate with Sales & Finance teams to embed promotion evaluation into the promotion process to optimise future promotional plans
    • Support in embedding the new behaviours and governance around Trade Promotions Management system with Sales and Finance
    • Track and review external promotional landscape to optimise promotional strategies and guidelines
  • Mix Management
    • Conduct analysis to identify opportunities to drive improved mix management at SKU, brand and customer level
    • Help bring mix management thinking to key processes including go-to-market and perfect store decisions
    • Developing the RGM Toolkit
      • Support in the development of RGM tools; Dashboards and Reporting to enable KPI tracking and analytic insights for opportunity identification and strategy development
      • Drive awareness and engagement of tools with cross functional users to develop RGM capability
      • Be self sufficient in the ability to pull, cleanse and review numerous data sources
      • Become an advocate for driving data and insight improvements, working closely with the Business Intelligence & Category teams
    • Building RGM capability
      • Support the RGM team in conducting diagnostic analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities, and help create cross functional implementation plans
      • Help build RGM capabilities through designing robust training materials

     

    What experience you’ll bring

    • Work closely with the RGM team to support and influence the creation of guidelines for Lindt’s pricing and promotion strategy through structured, data-driven analysis
    • The RGM Manager will report into the Senior RGM Manager. The team will be overseen by the Head of RGM
    • Build and maintain relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, Category, Supply Chain, and the Leadership Team
    • Provide insights and support across functions on projects
    • Be the go-to person on pricing and promotion topics that are data insight related

    Where you’ll be based
    This role is based in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%).
