Calisen is in an exciting and strong position where we are seeing growth and development in all areas of the business, and we now have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Senior Allocator working within our Field Work Resource Team.

The Senior Allocator role entails overseeing a team of up to 12 employees in the Field Work Resource Team, ensuring that all members meet their targets and adhere to supplier service level agreements (SLAs). This involves managing the maintenance of operative's routes and Truckstop's routing software to optimise cost-effective routes that contribute to meeting supplier performance SLAs. Additionally, the position involves providing support to Field Managers and the MOP Scheduling Team Leader and MOP Scheduling Manager by ensuring they have access to accurate reporting and information necessary to fulfil their responsibilities.
This is a 12-month secondment position, covering a period of maternity leave. You’ll be working full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 7am – 5pm. Our hybrid set up offers you the flexibility to work from home, with the requirement to be present at our Wigan office a minimum of two days a week. In return, you’ll receive an annual salary of £24,453!

What we are looking for
• A solid educational background (at least GCSE level).
• Experience in allocation/scheduling, customer-focused work environment, and Team supervision.
• Have a good understanding of the metering industry and the suppliers you will be working on behalf of.
• Computer literate with the ability to operate Microsoft Office like a pro.
• Superb communication & people skills, especially when dealing with internal & external customers.
• You’re a team player with a knack for collaboration while also able to shine and show initiative.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
