Sodexo is inviting applications for a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our Corporate Services UK & Ireland team. This role is perfect for a professional with extensive experience in building services maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and other fabric-related tasks. What you’ll do:
Conduct a variety of building services engineering maintenance tasks across client properties in the designated region.
Perform fabric-related preventive and reactive maintenance work as assigned, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks according to schedule and facilitate travel between sites.
Provide callout response as detailed in the rota, and undertake contractor control duties, ensuring compliance with standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all equipment and areas conform to company standards.
What you bring:
Significant experience in building services maintenance, specifically in fabric-related tasks like plumbing, carpentry, and exterior works.
Relevant qualifications in plumbing or carpentry, depending on your area of expertise (e.g., NVQ/City & Guilds).
A proven track record in reactive and preventative maintenance within FM or commercial property settings.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and method statements.
A full UK Driving License and, if applicable, IPAF/PASMA certification.
