The Role

Do you want to work with a team of dedicated Support Workers providing tenancy related support to people who are experiencing homelessness?

Are you a naturally kind, caring and patient person?

If so, this might be the job for you!

You will be working with people who may have experienced trauma in their lives and require dedicated, consistent and non-judgemental support to address mental health needs, drug / alcohol abuse or to break the repeat cycle of homelessness. You will be responsible for giving people a safe home and offering housing related support to help them maintain their accommodation and achieve their goals and aspirations.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong people focus along with a thorough understanding of the issues faced by vulnerable adults.

We are seeking passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
