Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 - 1600

Salary: £24000

Development Details: 

This role will be situated conveniently close to Bermondsey Station and consists of 200 residential apartments. A background in hotels, residential concierge work or customer service is an advantage in this position. 

Key Responsibilities and Requirements: 
As an Estate Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will: 
 

• Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
• Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
• Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
• Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
• Have the mindset of: your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
