This role is remote but with regular visits to meet with clients

As a Digital Services Solutions Consultant, you will be at the forefront of transforming how businesses operate in the digital era. This role is a unique blend of presales expertise and workflow optimisation, where you will work closely with our presales and workflow development teams to design innovative digital service solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between client requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that our digital services meet and exceed client expectations.

The role requires a solid understanding of digital automation solutions in business functions such as Account Payable, HR and document retention, where typical software and solutions are utilised to optimise business processes to drive efficiency assisting with a client’s digital transformation goals. This encompasses but is not limited to:

  • Content and Document Management
  • Variable Data and Workflow
  • Legacy system integrations
  • Intelligent Capture
  • Presales Engagement: Understand client needs, participate in client meetings, and assist with identified opportunities for digital service solutions. Attend internal and client facing meetings by video conference, telephone or onsite at client and Apogee offices
  • Workflow Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client workflows and processes to optimise efficiency and productivity.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with clients to design digital service solutions that align with their business objectives, considering factors such as scalability, security, and user experience.
  • Documentation: Create detailed solution documentation, mapping out customer processes, current  state and future state, including workflow diagrams, technical specifications, and project plans, to facilitate clear communication and implementation.
  • Prototype Development: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to showcase the feasibility and benefits of proposed digital services.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on the value of digital services, explain technical aspects in a clear and understandable manner, and provide ongoing support and consultation. Manage client satisfaction throughout engagement and post engagement cycles.
  • Collaboration: Managing and building relationships with Apogees sales community and clients. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of digital service solutions.
  • Advising and promoting Apogees portfolio of solutions
  • Creating and managing quotes / order process
  • Keeping and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities for sales forecasting
