Cover Supervisors urgently required for local Secondary Schools in Worksop. Are you looking to start a career in teaching? The duties and responsibilities in the job description are not restrictive and you may be required to undertake other reasonable duties from time to time. Any duties should not substantially change the general character of the post Secondary Cover Supervisor:
• You will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects when the teacher is absent
• Supervise a mixture of ages and abilities in KS3/KS4
• You will have flexible hours (pick and choose days you want to work)
• Opportunity to work in different locations (more experience for CV)
• Have good leadership skills and confidence to control large classes (25-30 pupils)
• Report any safeguarding concerns
• Be a positive role model to young adults

Person Specification
• You must hold a clear, Enhanced DBS, to include Children’s Barred List, which is on the update service. (we can organise the application for this)
• Have a love for working with young adults and supporting their development.
• No previous experience is necessary (training will be provided)
• Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent

Contract Details
• Location- Worksop
• Start date- ASAP
• End date- ongoing
• Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) –Temp
• Full time/part time – Both available
• Rate of pay - £75-£100 per day
• Hours 8.30-3.30pm, AM/PMs available part-time
