We are now recruiting for a retail manager with multi-site experience to join us as a Store Area Manager in West Yorkshire.
Our Area Managers lead and manage their team of store managers to achieve profitable growth throughout their store network.
The ideal candidate will already be confident with the work ethic and pace of retail and will demonstrate reliability and a professional and focused approach to store operations, as well as people management.
With excellent operational skills, the Store Area Manager have a proven track record of driving measureable performance improvements using practical techniques.
The appointed Area Manager will be required to complete the Home Bargains Field Management Training Programme. This is a comprehensive 13 week programme which is completed in the field, supported by the Regional Manager.
